These people are at high risks of heart disease, diabetics, Hormonal imbalance, cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Joint problems, Posture Issues and much more. Once you feel comfortable with your routine you can add a workout plan. If you will start from basics and move slowly you will be amazed by the results.
